The production facilities of the enterprise allow to produce serum with various degrees of demineralization: SD-50, SD-70, SD-90. Dry demineralized whey is used for sale, for processing in the dairy, meat, food and bakery industries, for the manufacture of baby food products, as an ingredient for pharmaceuticals and biotechnology. The addition of dry demineralized whey makes it possible to create functional food products that not only differ from products obtained using traditional technologies, but also have a number of unique properties. Dry milk whey is a fine dry powder, homogeneous in weight, white or creamy.
The packaging is a paper multi-layer bag with a polyethylene liner bag. The weight is 25 kilograms. The shelf life is 18 months.
